Rentals are a key part of our business and we know they are important to you. Please give our people the chance to talk it over and we will do our best to provide the machine that works best for you. Help us serve you better by clarifying your intentions before we select the right rental unit for you. We have two rental fleets because we are trying to operate in a way that best suits your needs.

I Want To Own a Machine!

We're here to help and we can work with you a couple of different ways. Give us a GRP or Guaranteed Rental Purchase and we will give you a solid price and closeout terms with a purchased date specified at the beginning of the rental. In this case you investment or “equity” is protected as long as your payment obligation is current. Both of us can plan our future needs for equipment this way. If you’re not sure you want to be a buyer but the chances are good, work with our folks to find a likely unit. The day you want to buy we will give you our best deal. But please remember these units are always for sale to others until the transaction is complete. From this fleet it is your obligation to do the maintenance or pay us to do it for you.

I Don't Want To Own a Machine!

Then select from our RTR or Rent to Rent fleet. Here you will find a variety of late model small and medium sized machines available for less than one month, including daily and weekly, and with only a daily maintenance obligation on your part.

What If I Change My Mind?

We will do our best to work with you but there are some problems. If you guaranteed a rental purchase you probably had a lower rental rate and if you turn the machine back we will have to go back to the regular rate. If you have a Rent to Rent unit and want to buy it we will try to find a way to make the deal work or supply a very similar machine. The facts are the accounting and tax issues on our end can make some units impossible to sell particularly in the first few years they are in our fleet.
