Customer Support Specialists

We’ve taken the long standing product support model and flipped it on it’s head. The term and philosophy of a “PSSR” (Product Support Sales Representatives) has been totally restructured and renamed “CSS” (Customer Support Specialist). Now you may be thinking, what does this do for me?

After numerous conversations with customers we have found that customers would like to someone to help understand what our dealership has to offer. That’s what our CSS team is here to do.

Our CSS team is a non-commissioned based group of experienced professionals that was assembled to support our customer’s needs. We are not here to support the product. We are here to support the cusomter. By being non-commissioned we are not jumping from customer to customer to meet sales quotas. We are here to spend as much time as needed with you, your technician or your operator so you understand the benefits of the commitment you made with Midlantic Machinery.

Some other duties of our Customer Support Specialists are:
  • Explanation of warranties, 90 day inspections, temrs & conditions, dealer and customer responsibilities
  • Rental machine inspections and operating instructions
  • Hands on training for CSS, KOMTRAX, Extranet and e-Parts
  • U/C inspections, suggestions for preventative maintenance
  • Fleet maintenance recommendations

Parts

The key to “uptime” is parts supply. Whether it’s a counter pickup, stock order, installation in our shop or part of a repair performed by our field staff on your site; we optimize the supply chain and inventories for your benefit. Our extensive inventory, dedicated interbranch transportation network and knowledgeable parts professionals strive to get even the most obscure parts needs satisfied quickly and reliably.
