Rental Services

RENTAL SERVICES FLEET ADMINISTRATOR

JOB OUTLINE

• Maintains, reviews, and monitors the Rental Fleet Manager File and history.
• Receives and evaluates machine inspection reports for work scheduling and technical issues.
• Approves daily scheduling of services to the fleet with the various Branch Service Managers.
• Monitors and schedules all Preventive Maintenance to the Rental fleets.
• Maintains GPS system and machine location in order to coordinate all maintenance activity.
• Works with the Central Warranty administrator in processing all warranty claims involving Rental fleet machines.
• Follows-up with Branch Service Managers and tracks repair status of fleet machines at our various Branches.
• Position available in Downingtown, PA

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Solid technical background in construction and utility equipment.
• Excellent computer skills especially MS Office.
• Multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
• Must be highly organized.
